Credit Criteria
The Sale & Leaseback product works the same as any Lease that you may take out with us and from the applicant’s point of view you get the very same benefits of Leasing.
The Credit Criteria for Sale & Leaseback is the following:
• 3 Months Bank Statements
• Site Visit Required by your nearest Area Manager
• Equity release on Hard Assets only; tractors, excavators, bus/coaches, commercial jeeps, construction equipment, forestry equipment etc
• No age restriction on asset.
• Max 75% LTV funded.
• Min advance €15,000 up to a max of €50,000
